Yes. When you host your wedding at The View, the venue is reserved exclusively for your celebration. This private-use experience includes the Ceremony Lawn, Sunset Terrace, Reception Ballroom, and private hospitality suites—ensuring your wedding day unfolds in a seamless and intimate setting for you and your guests.
What is your maximum wedding capacity?
The Reception Ballroom accommodates up to 180 guests for a seated wedding reception and up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception. The Ceremony Lawn can host up to 200 guests for an outdoor wedding ceremony.
How long is a wedding celebration at The View?
Wedding celebrations at The View include six (6) hours of event time. Events must conclude at the contracted end time, and extended celebrations may be available for an additional fee if arranged in advance.
When can we access the venue and wedding suites?
Vendor load-in typically begins at 12:00 PM on the day of your wedding, unless otherwise approved in advance. The Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite are available beginning at 11:00 AM, providing a comfortable space for getting ready before the celebration begins.

How does coordination work on the wedding day?
To ensure a smooth and well-organized celebration, responsibilities are shared between The View’s venue operations team and your licensed wedding planner or day-of coordinator.

Do we have to use your vendors?
Yes. To maintain a consistent level of quality and service, catering, event rentals (including tabletop items and linens), and DJ services must be selected from The View’s Approved Vendor Partners.

How do we pay our caterer and rental company?
All catering and event rental fees are billed directly through The View. Our team coordinates payment with your selected vendors and remits those payments on your behalf, helping keep the planning and billing process simple and streamlined.
Can we bring in outside food or beverages?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted at The View at The 500 Club, with the exception of an approved wedding cake vendor. In accordance with Arizona liquor laws, all alcohol and bar service must be provided exclusively by the venue.
What bar options are available?
The View offers curated hosted beer and wine bar packages as well as hosted consumption bar options. Bar packages are priced per guest and include three hours of service, with additional hours available. All alcohol service concludes prior to the contracted event end time.
What is a Food & Beverage Minimum?
The Food & Beverage Minimum is the minimum amount you agree to spend on food and beverage service for your wedding or event at The View at The 500 Club, regardless of your final guest count. Venue fees, rentals, service charges, and taxes do not apply toward the minimum.
What is required to secure our wedding date?
To reserve your wedding date at The View, a signed contract and a non-refundable 20% retainer are required. The retainer is calculated based on the Venue Fee and Food & Beverage Minimum.
When are final menu selections, details, and guest counts due?
Final menu selections are due 60 days prior to your wedding date. The final guaranteed guest count and Banquet Event Order (BEO) approval are due 30 days prior to the event.
What is a BEO?
A Banquet Event Order (BEO) is the final detailed summary of your wedding or event at The View. It outlines the event layout, timeline, menu selections, bar service, guest counts, and logistics. Once approved and signed, the BEO serves as the official confirmation of your event details.
Can we decorate?
Yes. Décor is permitted with prior approval from the venue team. Certain items are not allowed, including confetti, glitter, sparklers, fireworks or pyrotechnics, and open flames that are not enclosed in protective glass containers. Adhesives that may damage venue surfaces are also prohibited.
What happens in the event of inclement weather? Are outdoor spaces guaranteed?
Outdoor ceremony and terrace use at The View is weather-permitting and cannot be guaranteed. If weather conditions become unsafe, the venue team may relocate or adjust outdoor plans to ensure the safety and comfort of guests. We recommend working with your planner to prepare a weather contingency plan for any outdoor elements of your celebration.
Is the golf course active during our event?
Yes. The View at The 500 Club is located on an operational golf course. While every effort is made to minimize disruption during wedding ceremonies and events, standard golf course activity may continue throughout the day.
Are children allowed?
Yes. Children are welcome at The View, but they must be supervised by an adult at all times. The venue borders a natural desert preserve with uneven terrain and wildlife, so active supervision is required for safety.
What service charges and taxes apply?
A 22% service charge and applicable Arizona sales tax (currently 9.2%) apply to all event-related charges at The View at The 500 Club. The service charge is taxable and is not a gratuity.
Is on-site parking available for wedding guests?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests during event hours at The View. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted, as the property gates are secured after hours.
