Yes. Each private event at The View includes exclusive use of the contracted venue spaces for the duration of your event. Your guests will not share the event areas with other groups, ensuring a private, seamless experience from arrival through the final gathering.
What is the maximum guest capacity for events?
Capacity varies depending on the event style and layout.
- Reception Ballroom: Accommodates up to 180 guests for a seated event and up to 200 guests for cocktail-style receptions.
- Vista Lawn: Accommodates up to 200 guests for outdoor gatherings (available upon request).
- Sunset Terrace: Enhances the indoor–outdoor flow and guest experience, supporting networking and reception-style moments depending on the event layout.
Final event configurations are thoughtfully planned around your program, guest count, and preferred event style.

How long do we have access to the venue on event day?
Event access times are outlined in your event agreement and final Banquet Event Order (BEO).
Vendor load-in typically begins at 12:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Morning or early-day events may have adjusted access times based on the event schedule.
Events conclude at the contracted end time to ensure a smooth transition for all guests and vendors.
Is catering required through your preferred catering partners?
Yes. Catering must be provided by one of our curated, approved catering partners.

Outside food and beverage are not permitted.
How are catering and venue rental payments handled?
For convenience and efficiency, catering and venue rental invoices are coordinated through The View.

When are final guest counts and menu selections due?
Key planning deadlines are outlined below to help ensure a smooth event experience:
- Menu and bar selections: due 30 days prior to your event
- Final guaranteed guest count: due 14 days prior

Do you require a Food & Beverage Minimum?
Yes. Each event includes a Venue Rental Fee and a Food & Beverage Minimum, which vary based on the event date, time, and anticipated guest count.
The Food & Beverage Minimum helps ensure exclusive use of the venue and dedicated service staff for your event.
What is required to secure our event date?
To reserve your event date, a signed event agreement and a non-refundable 20% retainer (based on the Venue Rental Fee and Food & Beverage Minimum) are required.
Your date is officially secured once both the signed agreement and retainer payment have been received.
What service charges and taxes apply?
A 22% service charge and applicable Arizona sales tax apply to all event-related charges.
Per Arizona law, service charges are taxable and do not constitute a gratuity.
What bar options are available?
The View offers hosted beer and wine bar packages as well as hosted consumption bar options, allowing you to choose the service style that best fits your event.
Our bar program is designed to complement the overall guest experience while maintaining a polished and professional atmosphere.
Alcohol service concludes prior to the contracted event end time.
Is security provided?
Yes. Professional security personnel are included as part of your venue rental and are scheduled based on the size and nature of your event.
Can we use amplified music outdoors?
Outdoor amplified music may be permitted depending on the nature of the event and local sound guidelines.

Are decorations allowed?
